Taborers
The Dell, adjacent to our usual Top of the Hill area, is the venue for much of our afternoon entertainment. Aimed primarily at children, this will include a tented Jacobean village featuring participants in period costume demonstrating various arts and crafts, a jester , a puppeteer, archery, story telling and interactive toys and games (Jacobean not computer). There will be lots of opportunities to try and fun for all.

During the afternoon there will also be local artists in various mediums displaying their wares and demonstrations of Tug-of War. Wandering musicians, horsemen and pikemen, all in period costume, will all add to the historic atmosphere.

The Top of the Hill will also be featuring demonstrations of Single Stick combat and a falconry display during the afternoon and there is always the small fairground, climbing wall, bungee trampoline virtual paintball to keep the kids busy. The Food Court will be open all day too.
